Wayne Gretzky Merlot VQA Damson plum & sweet cherry fruit aromas with cocoa & spice notes; dry, robust, with black raspberry & cassis flavours. $9.75/5oz  $15/8oz  $40/bottle

Septimo Malbec 2021  The bouquet evokes an abundance of fruits such as plum and cherry. There are also notes of dried fig and violets. The tannins are soft and rounded on the palate with a nice, fruity finish. $10.75/5oz  $16.50/8oz  $44/bottle

 

Schoolhouse Martinis (1.5oz) $12

Vodka Espresso Martini Vodka, Kahlúa chilled espresso, simple syrup – frothed and topped with espresso beans.

Chocolate Great One Craft Gretzky vodka with white crème de cocao – shaken and frothed with chocolate shavings.

Classic Vodka or gin (1 oz), dry vermouth (.5oz) lightly shaken and garnished with a lime wheel and olive.

Citrus Wayne Craft Gretzky vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice, lightly shaken and garnished with orange slice.

Schoolhouse “99” Gretzky Canadian Cream whisky, Kahlua liqueur, Amaretto with cream, shaken and garnished with a cherry and chocolate shavings. Upgrade this to a “Great One” (3oz) for an extra $5 **Also makes a great hot beverage!!

Schoolhouse Caesar – A Canadian classic with an added-touch of horseradish (optional)!  Vodka, caesar mix, Frank’s hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce with dashes of salt and pepper.  Come in a salt-rimmed glass, garnished with a stalk of celery, spiced bean (optional) and wedge of lime.

White or Black Russian Blend of equal parts of vodka and Kahlua.  White Russian adds 20% cream.

Tom or mint Collins Mix of Gin, syrup and lemon juice. Topped with the club soda or seltzer and garnished with a lemon wheel. Mint Collins is vodka instead of gin, garnished with freshly picked chocolate mint.

Whisky Sour Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup shaken and garnished with an orange wheel and cherry.

Classic Mojito Light rum stirred with ice, lime juice, fresh hand-muddled mint leaves, and a splash of soda water. Served in a sugar-rimmed glass with a lime garnish. $12

Electric Hurricane - (2.5 oz) A truly spirited refreshment and an eponym for a wonderfully-spirited fella!  Triple layer of blue curacao with vodka, orange juice, cherry brandy, grenadine, $16.50

Munster’s Apple (2.5 oz so a bit more spirited!) – A Holiday hit!  This festive cocktail is made with Saunder’s Apple Cider,

Jack Daniel’s bourbon, Grand Marnier, a squeeze of lemon, ginger ale and dressed with a fresh apple garnish. $16.50

Hot Cinnamon Cider –Saunder’s hard apple cider steamed and frothed with diced apple, served in an Irish coffee mug with 1.0 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey.  Topped with whipped cream, shaved cinnamon and garnished with a cinnamon stick $14

Smokin’ Schoolhouse (1.5 oz) – smoke-infused ‘old fashioned’ cocktail with Gretzky red cask whisky, bitters, sugar, syrup and orange peel. Smoke infused with choice of apple, cherry, oak or pecan wood $13.50

Smoked Apple Jack (1.5 oz) – Jack Daniel’s Bourbon mixed with apple juice, cinnamon and diced apple. Smoke infused with applewood and garnished with cinnamon stick and apple wheel $13.50
